A Note from Shalini

Hello,

Welcome to my newsletter debut!

Renovated Kitchen
My recently renovated kitchen!

While I am completely excited and grateful about so many wonderful developments in my life right now: a new house in a golf course, completely renovating my kitchen, adding a 4th room to be my office / study so my kids can have their own bedrooms, and signing up for an online training program that is enabling me to move another big step forward with my dreams and goals, I also feel like an emotional yoyo at the moment. And it’s hard to admit that for someone who teaches self-development and being pain free and stress free!

Truth is, it has been overwhelming and frustrating keeping up with all the wonderful developments and it has left me feeling exhausted! However, the magic of tapping has once again helped me buoy back up and stay afloat with a lot more ease than would have been possible if I didn’t have ‘tapping’ in my life!

Anyhow, I am so happy and excited to be connected with you. I feel a calling to reach out in a larger way and so here I am.

Till we meet next month, keep tapping!

Are you tuned in… to you?

One of the most important things I teach in my programs is to be in touch with yourself, how you feel, and to be in tuned to the messages your body, your relationships and your life are giving you. You truly are the conductor of your life. Your health, your relationships, your work are like the orchestra. If one instrument is off tune, everything can become discordant.

However most people are so “busy” with their fast paced lives, they tend to ignore the parts of their life that are  a bit “off tune”  and soon they end up feeling lost, in pain and disconnected with everything in their lives.

Simple ways to know that you are off tune:

  1. You feel generally low day to day
  2. Your body starts to speak to you with minor symptoms…aches, pains etc
  3. You keep working at a job even though you feel uninspired, frustrated and find your self complaining most of the time
  4. You find that you are edgy in your relationships and small issues tick you off!

3 QUICK TIPS to get back in tune:

  1. Quiet Time- having time to just be quiet for 15 minutes will help you calm down from the frenzy of your busy life. It could be waking up 10 minutes earlier and allowing yourself some time to get centered by just sitting quietly in a quiet comfortable corner before all the flurry of daily activities begin. Or it could be taking some time before bedtime, being quiet and simply focusing on your breath going in and out.  Possibly sitting out in your garden or balcony and simply observing  and soaking in the beauty around you and becoming still with nature.
  2. Journal Your thoughts- when you have lots of thoughts swirling in your head, your to do lists, worries about the future etc,…there is no place to anchor them and they keep floating in your head and keep you in a state of anxiety. Simply writing them down takes them out of your head and into a paper and lets you “see” them and may possibly lead you to taking actions that help ease the overwhelm.
  3. Walk and Talk- instead of holding on to your feelings and all the confusion in your head, going for a short walk outdoors and having a chat with yourself might help clear the air and bring some clarity and thus peace.

Of course there is a lot more to being in tune with yourself and being in the flow, but I hope this will get you started in the right direction. It will help you build a habit of staying in tune with you and better taking charge of your life so everything works in harmony!

"I am really happy I found Shalini and grateful to have had the opportunity to be guided by her with the Personal Peace Program. It has helped me immensely in clearly identifying and releasing long-held negative beliefs and blockages that have kept ‘me’ from ‘me’. More importantly, her insightful and empathetic guidance has helped in arming myself with the right tools to a better, more empowered and connected place, a place which I am in now.

If you really care about understanding what is holding you back and if you want to make space for peace, prosperity, health and abundance to come into life, I highly recommend you give her a call. It has changed my life for the better. I believe it will change yours too."

Following EFT’s Personal Peace Procedure, she worked on “letting go” of all the old hurts, angers and pain. Practicing EFT for about an hour or two everyday for almost a month, she not only freed herself completely from every single pain in her body, but discovered a deep passion to empower others to help themselves using EFT.

Shalini is now focussed on working long term with a small group of clients who are tired of feeling "stuck" in their situation and are "ready" and "committed" to bringing in BIG SHIFTS that they seek in their lives.
